Frontline Sales module enables better sales case management. Apart from capturing basic customer information, it also allows users to collect product information, competitors’ intelligence data and follow-up notes of individual users. Textile Information System also features a comprehensive data analysis engine, in which managerial staff can prepare data reports from a variety of dimensions, making real time review of sales performance possible.

Backend Warehouse module streamlines the entire product testing workflow with an automated one, while all testing requests are processed electronically, eliminating the need of hard copy. It eliminates the time in preparing and publishing test reports significantly. The state of the art real time warehouse status lookup function can projects future stock level from existing ordering and stock circulation data. In case shortage of goods is detected, alert notification e-mail will be sent to the responsible staff instantly.
